Dr. Venkat Srinivasan brings his rich academic background in finance and technology along with his entrepreneurial successes to lead RAGE Frameworks as its Chairman and CEO. Venkat founded Rage Frameworks, Inc., to enable the creation of intelligent, live, business process automation solutions [LiveBPA™] including semantic intelligence based products [RealTimeIntelligence™]. Venkat founded RAGE Frameworks with the idea of creating and leveraging a knowledge-based business process automation platform to incubate capital efficient, process aware and intelligent businesses and to provide businesses with flexible, adaptable, business process automation solutions. Prior to RAGE Frameworks, Venkat was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of eCredit.com, the leading provider of credit, financing and receivables management solutions for business-to-business and business-to-consumer commerce. Venkat is an expert in knowledge-based systems architectures, computational linguistics and natural language processing. Venkat holds several patents in the field of knowledge-based components for business process automation. Venkat has spent the last 25 years contributing his research and acting as a thought leader to both the business community and the academic world. Prior to founding eCredit.com in 1993, Venkat served as an Associate Professor of Finance at Northeastern University's Graduate School of Business in Boston, MA. Venkat holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

SVP, Credit Risk Solutions
As SVP of Business Development for Credit Risk Solutions, Jim is responsible for creating the sales organization and driving the sales of the company’s credit risk products and services. Jim brings 25 years of sales and sales management experience to the RAGE Frameworks team. During his career he has specialized in establishing and structuring solution-oriented sales organizations geared towards multinational organizations both in the corporate and financial services markets. During his 10 years at eCredit Jim excelled at a variety of sales and business development positions. As the company's first sales executive, he established eCredit's initial direct sales team in the trade credit industry and grew the company out of its start-up mode. In 1997, he led the company's entry into the financial services industry, establishing the Diversified Financial Services sales team. He later went on to play a leading role in eCredit's Strategic Opportunities Team. At Mergent International, Jim held sales management roles for the company's financial services offering for large national financial institutions. While at Siemens Nixdorf, he led the sales and marketing of vertical solutions of the company's accounting and MRP applications. Jim graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Accounting and received a Masters degree in Economics and International Trade from the University of Connecticut.
Aashish Mehta | SVP, LiveBPA Diversified Fin. Institutions
As the Vice President of Operations, Aashish heads
the company's Operations Centers in India. Aashish
has been instrumental in planning and managing head
count growth and setting up satellite centers and
operationalizing company's vision. Prior to assuming
this role, Aashish was the VP of Business Development
for Corporate Fundamentals, where he was responsible
for developing the market for the company's products
and forming strategic business alliances. Prior to
Corporate Fundamentals and RAGE, Aashish spent six
years at eCredit.com where he held various management
positions in sales, business development, product
management and operations. Aashish started his career
at eCredit.com in product management, managing 3rd
Party integrations. In October 2000, Aashish played
a key role in establishing eCredit's subsidiary in
Japan and forming reseller/investor partnerships with
leading Japanese Systems Integrators, including: NTT
Data, Hitachi Ltd., Toshiba IT Solutions and Intec.
He then assumed a senior sales position at eCredit.com
where he successfully sold the company's automated
solutions to Fortune 500 companies like Philip Morris
USA and Continental Airlines. Aashish holds an MBA
from Oklahoma City University and Bachelors in Industrial
Engineering from Karnataka University, India.
Mahantesh [Monty] Kothiwale
| SVP LiveBPA Delivery & CTO
Mahantesh Kothiwale heads up the Global Delivery function for LiveBPA solutions and is also the Chief Technology Officer at RAGE. In his capacity as the Head of Delivery, he oversees all client implementations for LiveBPA solutions leveraging the RAGE platform and implementation methodology. In his capacity as CTO, Monty is responsible for setting the technology strategy for the company and for evolving the RAGE BPA platform. Prior to RAGE, Monty had a long and successful tenure at eCredit.com, most recently as the company's Chief Technology Officer. As a member of eCredit's management team, Monty was responsible for company's technology strategy and all technology development activities in the U.S. and its offshore development center in India. Monty has had many significant accomplishments during his long tenure as a technologist. He joined eCredit working in an individual capacity on a knowledge-based automation engine for credit. Subsequently, he provided technology leadership as well as architectural guidance to create the company's Process Automation Engine, a rules-based framework for eCredit's software products. Before joining eCredit.com, Mahantesh worked as a Project Manager at Intercope, India. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.
Srinivasan Bharadwaj
| SVP, Semantic Intelligence
Srinivasan Bharadwaj ['Srini'] is currently SVP, Semantic Intelligence Solutions at RAGE Frameworks. In this capacity, Srini is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Real Time Intelligence solutions and its semantic intelligence platform. Srini is also responsible for new strategic initiatives at the company. Prior to Rage, Srini has had a long and rich tenure at eCredit in various capacities and was most recently, VP, Professional Services responsible for implementing eCredit products worldwide. Srini also managed eCredit's implementation partners including Deloitte and Touche and KPMG. Prior to managing product implementation and delivery, Srini managed the Strategic Opportunities Team at eCredit and was responsible for the development of eCredit's powerful Global Financing Network. Prior to joining eCredit, Srini worked for Global Software Inc. as a consultant providing companies like Olivetti with Jetform front end to report data from DNIX servers. Srini holds a MBA in Global Management from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Poona [India].
Nadeem Yunus
| SVP, Production/IT
Nadeem Yunus is currently SVP, Production and IT Infrastructure, at RAGE Frameworks. In this capacity, Nadeem is responsible for the day to day functioning of RAGE’s hosted solutions centers for all hosted solutions. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s world class IT infrastructure and processes and its information security processes. Prior to joining RAGE Frameworks, Nadeem worked at eCredit for over 10 years in various roles, including Account Manager, Lead Technical Advisor and Director, Professional Services. He was responsible for implementing eCredit products worldwide for customers like Discover Financial Services, Hewlett Packard, American Express, Chevron etc. Prior to joining eCredit, Nadeem worked at CERN [European Organization for Nuclear Research] based in Geneva, Switzerland for over 3 years, where he managed communications/storage between various computer systems. CERN is one of the largest research organizations and the birth-place of World Wide Web [www]. Nadeem has a Masters degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Science.
Rummana Alam |
SVP, Finance, HR and Admin
Rummana Alam serves as RAGE's SVP of Finance, HR and Administration. In this role, she is responsible for corporate governance, devising financing strategies, managing the company's finances, its intellectual property initiatives, investor relations, human resources and administrative activities. She also assists in the formulation of the company's business strategy and acts as a legal liaison between internal/external parties. Prior to joining RAGE, Rummana spent a year at SRR Solutions, Inc., a consulting organization which provided technology diligence services to Boston area venture capitalists. In this capacity, she assisted in the technology/business diligence of many companies in different stages of growth looking for venture financing. Prior to that, Rummana worked at eCredit.com, Inc. for over 7 years in various capacities ranging from Customer Support Management to Product Management and Intellectual Property Management. In her longest role at eCredit, Rummana served as Manager, Global Customer Support for all of eCredit's products worldwide. Rummana has a B.A. in English from the University of Delhi, India.
