At RAGE, we define LiveBPA Solutions as flexible, live solutions that intelligently
automate a set of business processes. RAGE LiveBPA Solutions are always 'live', capable of being modified easily,
rapidly and without creating any maintenance overhead.
With our LiveBPA Solutions, our clients can respond to changes
in the business environment, rapidly and efficiently.
We provide our LiveBPA Solutions as a service and share
the risks and rewards with our clients. We do not sell
the underlying technology as a software package. We
will guarantee results and always seek to build
a long-term trusted relationship with our clients.
The RAGE BPA technology framework has received several
patents and represents a significant fundamental innovation
in business process automation. We continue to constantly
add newer, innovative components to our framework
and expanding the reach of our LiveBPA Solutions capability.
We supplement our distinctive BPA technology with 3
key supporting elements, as needed, to create powerful
BPA solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Consistent with our desire to be a thought partner with
our clients, we develop deep domain expertise in the
fields related to the BPA solutions we provide our clients,
e.g., wealth management. We believe that having deep
domain expertise within our organization allows us to
anticipate our clients' needs better and provide lasting
value in our solutions. Today, we have deep expertise
in a variety of different fields, including, finance,
credit risk assessment, securities research and investment
analysis, wealth management, education, real-time acquisition
of content, and healthcare.
We provide our LiveBPA Solutions as a complete turnkey
service
While we are implementation mode agnostic, (in house
vs hosted by RAGE) we prefer to offer our BPA solutions
as a hosted service. This allows us to maximize benefits
to our clients. These solutions are of course tightly
integrated with internal systems and staff, as needed.
We offer secure, world class infrastructure and highly
skilled teams that operate BPA solutions on behalf
of our clients.
We provide BPA not BPM solutions
There are many Business Process Management [BPM] software
providers that provide software to measure and calibrate
business processes. BPM software enables corporations
to calibrate, measure and model optimal representations
of business processes but do not automate the implementation
of such optimized business processes. Implementation
is typically accomplished using a traditional software
development approach. On the other hand, we provide
BPA solutions where the model is the implementation.
Model is the Application in the RAGE BPA Technology
Framework
In RAGE BPA, the model is the application and there
is no translation of the model into code. Modifying
a specific business process is as simple as modifying
the business process model in a visual modeling environment
called the RAGE Designer.
Our novel approach has many benefits. First and foremost,
since changes involve only changes to the models at
a high level of granularity, time to market is almost
instantaneous. In contrast with other BPA technologies,
there is no forward engineering of the application
business process models into code and thereby, we
do not create any maintenance overhead. Second, there
is substantially reduced reliance on programming skills;
the focus is shifted to understanding and optimizing
business processes. In our world, the traditional
programmer gives way to a knowledgeable process modeler.
The RAGE BPA framework comprises many abstract components.
For details, see Technology.
We are not a traditional BPO services provider
We are not a traditional Business Process Outsourcing
vendor; in fact, we are the antithesis of a traditional
BPO services provider. We aggressively look for opportunities
to automate application logic in a flexible manner
using RAGE and deploy human resources only as needed.
Our BPA solutions can scale very quickly and cost
effectively. Typically, our BPA solutions require
5-10% of the human capital that a traditional BPO
services provider will need.
